Our products are delivered to most parts of the EU within 3 to 10 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 4 to 11 business days after placing it. Delivery times may vary based on your location. For specific details, please refer to the transit time table in our Shipping Policy.

We deliver to most EU locations, but cannot ship to islands and remote areas. Orders to these locations will be canceled. For details, please refer to the Undeliverable Areas table in our Shipping Policy.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our support team to update your shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service at customerservice@aosom.eu as soon as possible.
